Dan Enescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Claudiu Diaconu came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the -BZF- F.C. ANONYMOUS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Claudiu Diaconu couldn't finish the play. Claudiu Diaconu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raúl Llinares having to interfere. After a rather tough play, HORTALEZA FC's Juan Guerrero got a free kick in the 16th minute. After 23 minutes of play, -BZF- F.C. ANONYMOUS's Lucrețiu Botgros made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Raúl Llinares was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Valentín Buenafuente managed to get in a good position for a shot. HORTALEZA FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Valentín Buenafuente was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pavel Chiriță breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pavel Chiriță made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xaiver Cartagena in the 33rd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Manuel Bobe during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Manuel Bobe kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. 42 minutes into the match, HORTALEZA FC's Nacho Companys sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pavel Chiriță narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Manuel Bobe got his second yellow card in the match during the 47th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 48 played minutes -BZF- F.C. ANONYMOUS got a freekick which was hit by Manuel Bobe. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

A collision led to HORTALEZA FC getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Erasto Beloki hit a great ball. HORTALEZA FC's Raúl Llinares proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save HORTALEZA FC from getting a goal against them. Xaiver Cartagena scored 2-1 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pavel Chiriță, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Claudiu Diaconu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Raúl Llinares read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. If Claudiu Diaconu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Xaiver Cartagena hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. In the 70th minute, Xaiver Cartagena fired away a free kick at the goal, but hit it at the wrong angle and it went over the crossbar. 73 minutes into the match, -BZF- F.C. ANONYMOUS's goal looked a bit too open when Xaiver Cartagena came free, but Pavel Chiriță reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, HORTALEZA FC's Raúl Llinares got control of the ball when Lucrețiu Botgros tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of -BZF- F.C. ANONYMOUS booed when HORTALEZA FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valentín Buenafuente didn't get a good kick on the ball. Stelian Isopescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raúl Llinares having to interfere. When the referee blew the final whistle, HORTALEZA FC could leave the field as winners, despite -BZF- F.C. ANONYMOUS having more of the ball for most of the match.
