The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 5 minutes into the match, Simon Atarratze had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Necati Ünsi. KOZAĞAÇSPOR's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Simon Atarratze was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Lisandro Costante hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. If Simon Atarratze had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. KOZAĞAÇSPOR's Necati Ünsi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Simon Atarratze in the 11th minute of play. The throw-in from Berkay Şenbay in the 12th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Soldados De Román's Jeremias Madaleno. Simon Atarratze sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 15 minutes into the match, KOZAĞAÇSPOR's goal looked a bit too open when Simon Atarratze came free, but Necati Ünsi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 20 minutes into the game, Berkay Şenbay threw the ball into play from the sideline. Soldados De Román's Horácio Larreta quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. 23 minutes into the game, Simon Atarratze cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Necati Ünsi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Orkun Torlak in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ezequiel Seber prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 27th match minute, Soldados De Román was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Horácio Larreta to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Simon Atarratze in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Necati Ünsi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Berkay Şenbay during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 31 played minutes KOZAĞAÇSPOR got a freekick which was hit by Berkay Şenbay. 32 minutes into the game, Soldados De Román's Simon Atarratze nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Necati Ünsi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Ezequiel Seber showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sarper Özay in the 39th minute of the match. Adrian Tome kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. When Romarinho Riquelme fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Soldados De Román's protests and gave Romarinho Riquelme a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of KOZAĞAÇSPOR booed when Soldados De Román was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Romarinho Riquelme didn't get a good kick on the ball. Necati Ünsi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Simon Atarratze in the 45th minute of play. Jeremias Madaleno was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 48 minutes into the match. The goalkeeper, Ezequiel Seber, was totally fooled by KOZAĞAÇSPOR's Berkay Şenbay, who 50 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side.

Simon Atarratze kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Simon Atarratze's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Necati Ünsi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. Sarper Özay charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sarper Özay the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 67 played minutes KOZAĞAÇSPOR got a freekick which was hit by Sarper Özay. Necati Ünsi made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Simon Atarratze sent off a good shot on target. Simon Atarratze struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Necati Ünsi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Soldados De Román. If Simon Atarratze had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Soldados De Román getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Horácio Larreta hit a great ball. 78 minutes into the match, KOZAĞAÇSPOR's goalkeeper Necati Ünsi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Simon Atarratze. In the 78th minute, Soldados De Román's Simon Atarratze dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-4. Lisandro Costante's late challenge caught a KOZAĞAÇSPOR's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lisandro Costante helped the player get up and apologised. In the 82nd minute, Lisandro Costante hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 84 minutes into the match, Soldados De Román's Simon Atarratze sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Necati Ünsi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gencer İnan charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gencer İnan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. KOZAĞAÇSPOR's Necati Ünsi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save KOZAĞAÇSPOR from getting a goal against them. Ezequiel Seber showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Orkun Torlak, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. After a defensive mix-up in KOZAĞAÇSPOR's zone, Horácio Larreta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Necati Ünsi came out of the goal and Horácio Larreta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
