Alvaro Eder hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Anacleto Danel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Natalio Nofre, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Anacleto Danel made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Gerardo Kinsen sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Antonio Vespucio Liberti getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Andres Efren hit a great ball. With a little luck, Antonio Vespucio Liberti's Anacleto Danel got control of the ball when Albertino Bezerra tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jonatan Nuxila showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Melchor Tajo, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Antonio Vespucio Liberti's Eulalio Cefero suffered a sore thigh after 28 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Gerardo Kinsen's late challenge caught a Antonio Vespucio Liberti's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gerardo Kinsen helped the player get up and apologised. Gerardo Kinsen kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Gerardo Kinsen scored 1-0 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Anacleto Danel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Antonio Vespucio Liberti getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Lino Chorche hit a great ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aquiles Mazuste to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Proson FC's zone, Aquiles Mazuste stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonatan Nuxila came out of the goal and Aquiles Mazuste tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Raimundo Urbez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Jonatan Nuxila tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind Proson FC's goalkeeper Jonatan Nuxila, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jonatan Nuxila made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aquiles Mazuste in the 62nd minute. 64 minutes into the match, Albertino Bezerra had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Anacleto Danel. Antonio Vespucio Liberti's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Albertino Bezerra was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. When the match had been going on for 68 minutes, Antonio Vespucio Liberti's Mateo Macias got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Jonatan Nuxila. Anacleto Danel came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Proson FC's Natalio Nofre. But to his dismay, Natalio Nofre quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Aquiles Mazuste fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonatan Nuxila having to interfere. Anacleto Danel came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Proson FC's Natalio Nofre. But to his dismay, Natalio Nofre quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. After having played for 82 minutes, Albertino Bezerra managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Proson FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Albertino Bezerra was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Prospero Bortzaioriz made in the 85th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Proson FC's Narciso Tabby. 88 minutes into the match, Proson FC's goalkeeper Jonatan Nuxila had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aquiles Mazuste. Albertino Bezerra hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Antonio Vespucio Liberti's Aquiles Mazuste got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Aquiles Mazuste had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew the final whistle, Proson FC could leave the field as winners, despite Antonio Vespucio Liberti having more of the ball for most of the match.
