AFC United's supporters rose to their feet, but Eustaquio Vesga was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lisandro Ospin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 9 minutes into the match, Gilen Martioda notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Soc. y Dep. Aviación Orán's Lisandro Ospin. Lisandro Ospin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Hermengildo Domeka charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hermengildo Domeka the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 11th minute, Hermengildo Domeka hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 17 minutes into the match, Matthew Vall had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lisandro Ospin. Soc. y Dep. Aviación Orán's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Matthew Vall was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Octavio Abar's late challenge caught a AFC United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Octavio Abar helped the player get up and apologised. Octavio Abar hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, AFC United's Gilen Martioda tried to score from far away in the 24th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 27th minute, Matthew Vall left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AFC United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Soc. y Dep. Aviación Orán's Lisandro Ospin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Egun Galan in the 30th minute of play. AFC United's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gilen Martioda in the 32nd minute. The corner led AFC United's Gilen Martioda to fire away a dangerous shot which Lisandro Ospin despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Egun Galan in the 34th minute of play forced Soc. y Dep. Aviación Orán's goalkeeper Lisandro Ospin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 37th match minute, AFC United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Archibaldo Ahumada to maneuver through the defense. Frank Beckenbauer kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. In the 40th minute, Gilen Martioda sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Soc. y Dep. Aviación Orán's Lisandro Ospin didn't even have to move. If Eustaquio Vesga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Radoslaw Dudek to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Egun Galan in the 53rd minute of play forced Soc. y Dep. Aviación Orán's goalkeeper Lisandro Ospin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When AFC United's Matthew Vall in 56 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Lisandro Ospin guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. In the 60th minute, Gilen Martioda made a precise shot to the right of Lisandro Ospin. Soc. y Dep. Aviación Orán's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. Lisandro Ospin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Egun Galan in the 69th minute of the match. Soc. y Dep. Aviación Orán's Lisandro Ospin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Egun Galan in the 77th minute of play. With an all-out effort, AFC United's Lisandro Ospin threw himself towards the right post 78 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Matthew Vall, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Gilen Martioda could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Lisandro Ospin made a huge save. When Radoslaw Dudek came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Soc. y Dep. Aviación Orán fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Radoslaw Dudek couldn't finish the play. After 86 minutes of play, AFC United's Eustaquio Vesga made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lisandro Ospin was left in no man's land by his defense there! Lisandro Ospin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gilen Martioda in the 91st minute of play. 95 minutes into the match, Soc. y Dep. Aviación Orán's goal looked a bit too open when Matthew Vall came free, but Lisandro Ospin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Soc. y Dep. Aviación Orán getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Saturnino Peli hit a great ball. The Soc. y Dep. Aviación Orán fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. AFC United were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
