With a little luck, FC Luck's Nicu Mincu got control of the ball when Roman Pilsudski tried to sneak it across the goal line. Piotr Pilarski lost his temper 7 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 7 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for FC Dwa Do Ósmej! In the 16th minute of the match Eduard Levițchi sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Teobald Tepper skillfully saved the ball. After some careless play in the FC Dwa Do Ósmej defense, Narcis Ţipirig kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Teobald Tepper. The FC Dwa Do Ósmej fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Teobald Tepper should have stopped the shot. The supporters of FC Dwa Do Ósmej booed when FC Luck was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gheorghe Comăneci didn't get a good kick on the ball. Teobald Tepper showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silviu Hrandabur, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. 27 minutes into the match, FC Luck's goal looked a bit too open when Cyprian Henryk came free, but Nicu Mincu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Teobald Tepper showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristi Aaxiniei in the 33rd minute of the match. After 33 played minutes FC Dwa Do Ósmej got a freekick which was hit by Witomir Klucznik. FC Dwa Do Ósmej's Teobald Tepper played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristi Aaxiniei in the 35th minute of play. Teobald Tepper came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by FC Luck's Silviu Hrandabur. But to his dismay, Silviu Hrandabur quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Teobald Tepper showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silviu Hrandabur, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. The FC Dwa Do Ósmej players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC Luck were winning 0-4.

When Eugeniusz Fleszar fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Dwa Do Ósmej's protests and gave Eugeniusz Fleszar a yellow card for diving instead. In the 95th match minute, FC Luck was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gheorghe Comăneci to maneuver through the defense.
