The referee ignored Calcio U21's protests and gave Ivan Bjursell a yellow card for diving instead. Ivan Bjursell hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. 7 minutes into the game, Zdzislaw Dawiec threw the ball into play from the sideline. Calcio U21's Diguinho Sousa quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Damazy Gomolka got a throw-in 15 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Zdzislaw Dawiec. In the 17th minute, Miroslaw Cichewski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Kolanijo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. After a rather tough play, Calcio U21's Karl-Johan Lidman got a free kick in the 25th minute. 32 minutes into the match, FC Kolanijo's goal looked a bit too open when Karl-Johan Lidman came free, but Herbert Kinic reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Witold Ratulowski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Wiktor Bock made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Manfred Watkins managed to get in a good position for a shot. Calcio U21's supporters rose to their feet, but Manfred Watkins was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Herbert Kinic breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Herbert Kinic showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manfred Watkins, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Calcio U21's Diguinho Sousa quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Damazy Gomolka, made in the 52nd minute of the game. Karl-Johan Lidman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Herbert Kinic made a huge save. 58 minutes into the match, FC Kolanijo's goalkeeper Herbert Kinic had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Karl-Johan Lidman. A collision led to Calcio U21 getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Rasmus Gudmundsson hit a great ball. If Karl-Johan Lidman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Calcio U21's Iivo Puistola was substituted for Manfred Watkins. Karl-Johan Lidman struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Herbert Kinic didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Calcio U21. In the 81st minute, FC Kolanijo's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Iivo Puistola fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Herbert Kinic made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iivo Puistola in the 83rd minute of play. Herbert Kinic showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karl-Johan Lidman in the 87th minute of the match. With a little luck, FC Kolanijo's Herbert Kinic got control of the ball when Karl-Johan Lidman tried to sneak it across the goal line. Iivo Puistola fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Herbert Kinic having to interfere. Rasmus Gudmundsson was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 96 minutes into the match. Rasmus Gudmundsson kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Calcio U21 players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for FC Kolanijo.
