The crowd rose to their feet as Erasmo Iruinea kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Feliciano Arias. That made the score 2-0 in the 14 minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Leonides Oihan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Interurbana F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Leonides Oihan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Feliciano Arias breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cent Ros hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Tome Griego's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Iker Lordi was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. In the 21st minute, Cent Ros hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 22nd minute Erasmo Iruinea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Feliciano Arias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 28 minutes into the match, Interurbana F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Igor Serrano came free, but Iker Lordi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 29th minute of the match, Basilio Matro tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Feliciano Arias saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Feliciano Arias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benigno Miro in the 38th minute of the match. Feliciano Arias made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Basilio Matro sent off a good shot on target. After 45 minutes, Dionisio Sarracino mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Interurbana F.C. and the Orihuela Club de Fútbol players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 45th minute, Dionisio Sarracino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lluis Belalcaraz might have been able to make a better finish in the 47th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Iker Lordi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lluis Belalcaraz ran back to his position shaking his head.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tome Griego made a kick off. Iker Lordi was out of position in the 51 minute of play, and Tome Griego capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Tome Griego really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. Feliciano Arias didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Benigno Miro went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Leonides Oihan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 63 minutes into the game, Interurbana F.C.'s Erasmo Iruinea nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Feliciano Arias made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. Benigno Miro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Feliciano Arias having to interfere. Feliciano Arias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benigno Miro in the 74th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erasmo Iruinea in the 76th minute of play forced Orihuela Club de Fútbol's goalkeeper Feliciano Arias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Tome Griego fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Orihuela Club de Fútbol's protests and gave Tome Griego a yellow card for diving instead. After 78 played minutes Orihuela Club de Fútbol got a freekick which was hit by Tome Griego. In the 80th minute, Richie Barrios hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Interurbana F.C. booed when Orihuela Club de Fútbol was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Richie Barrios didn't get a good kick on the ball. Feliciano Arias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benigno Miro in the 84th minute of the match. In the 86th minute of the match Interurbana F.C. got a corner. Orihuela Club de Fútbol's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Erasmo Iruinea ran over to the corner to take the kick. Erasmo Iruinea took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Feliciano Arias. Feliciano Arias dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Interurbana F.C. had played much better football throughout.
