Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Apostolis Polychronopoulos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Alkinoos Fitzios came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the FC NATIONAL fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alkinoos Fitzios couldn't finish the play. 狄迪洲 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alkinoos Fitzios, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. DongFeng Honda FC's 狄迪洲 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alkinoos Fitzios in the 30th minute of play. 31 minutes into the game, FC NATIONAL's Apostolis Polychronopoulos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. 狄迪洲 made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 35th match minute, FC NATIONAL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iulian Miu to maneuver through the defense. 狄迪洲 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alkinoos Fitzios in the 39th minute of the match. After some careless play in the DongFeng Honda FC defense, Apostolis Polychronopoulos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of 狄迪洲. The DongFeng Honda FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that 狄迪洲 should have stopped the shot. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

After a rather tough play, DongFeng Honda FC's 麦瑜轩 got a free kick in the 53rd minute. When Apostolis Polychronopoulos fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC NATIONAL's protests and gave Apostolis Polychronopoulos a yellow card for diving instead. Apostolis Polychronopoulos had several of the DongFeng Honda FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 59 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-3 score and a disappointed 狄迪洲 as he didn't even see the shot coming. Apostolis Polychronopoulos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. 狄迪洲 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Orthros Lalagos charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Orthros Lalagos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 67 played minutes FC NATIONAL got a freekick which was hit by Orthros Lalagos.
