Luis Angel Valderrama scored 0-1 in the 6th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Piero Kahn, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Mateus Leão hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bustos Teijeira during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 14th match minute, Taltun SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camilo Barriobero to maneuver through the defense. In the 16th match minute, Clube Sporting Navuo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anísio Barros to maneuver through the defense. Camilo Barriobero scored 1-1 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gonçalo Velloso, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Clube Sporting Navuo's Gonçalo Velloso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Camilo Barriobero in the 22nd minute of play. Clube Sporting Navuo's Gonçalo Velloso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Clube Sporting Navuo from getting a goal against them. In the 32nd minute Zé Roberto Gaúcho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Piero Kahn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Piero Kahn didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mateus Leão went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Fabio Rallo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Gonçalo Velloso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 45 minutes into the match, Clube Sporting Navuo's goal looked a bit too open when Camilo Barriobero came free, but Gonçalo Velloso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 47 minutes in the game, Camilo Barriobero fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Gonçalo Velloso having to interfere. The Taltun SC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Clube Sporting Navuo were winning 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zé Roberto Gaúcho to make the kick off. Gonçalo Velloso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cántaro Acipreste in the 54th minute of the match. Gonçalo Velloso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Camilo Barriobero in the 55th minute of play. Mateus Leão who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 57thth minute tested the skills of Piero Kahn when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Luis Angel Valderrama kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Clube Sporting Navuo defense, Camilo Barriobero kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gonçalo Velloso. The Clube Sporting Navuo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gonçalo Velloso should have stopped the shot. 75 minutes into the match, Ricardo Velarroa notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of Clube Sporting Navuo's Gonçalo Velloso. Gonçalo Velloso was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Taltun SC's Fabio Rallo got a free kick in the 79th minute. After 80 played minutes Taltun SC got a freekick which was hit by Vito Areta. Taltun SC's Piero Kahn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zé Roberto Gaúcho in the 83rd minute of play. Gonçalo Velloso came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Taltun SC's Camilo Barriobero. But to his dismay, Camilo Barriobero quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fabio Rallo in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gonçalo Velloso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gonçalo Velloso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Camilo Barriobero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
