The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Batıkan Kaymaz's late challenge caught a Buitenhout FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Batıkan Kaymaz helped the player get up and apologised. After 6 played minutes Rakı Sevenler FC got a freekick which was hit by Batıkan Kaymaz. Alptuğ Hepyener came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Buitenhout FC's Gerald den Hertogh. But to his dismay, Gerald den Hertogh quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Sjors van Ankeren's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Alptuğ Hepyener firmly grabbed it by the left post. Gio Winters didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ahmet Hamdi Ilgın went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Alptuğ Hepyener was a little too slow when Ferry Hebels got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 17th minute. The score was now 2-1. In the 22nd minute, Buitenhout FC's Ted Fokkelman seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Ted Fokkelman the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Buitenhout FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Ted Fokkelman had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Ted Fokkelman hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Semail Eğriöz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rakı Sevenler FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Semail Eğriöz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gio Winters breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ferry Hebels in the 25th minute of play forced Rakı Sevenler FC's goalkeeper Alptuğ Hepyener to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 26th minute, Feyyaz Özdeş hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sjors van Ankeren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alptuğ Hepyener having to interfere. When Batıkan Mücip fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rakı Sevenler FC's protests and gave Batıkan Mücip a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Rakı Sevenler FC's Batıkan Mücip got a free kick in the 33rd minute. In the 37th minute, Ferry Hebels ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alptuğ Hepyener was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. 41 minutes into the match, Rakı Sevenler FC's goalkeeper Alptuğ Hepyener had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sjors van Ankeren. In the 43rd minute, Çelikan Safi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Feyyaz Özdeş lost his temper 44 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After a rather tough play, Rakı Sevenler FC's Feyyaz Özdeş got a free kick in the 45th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.
Alptuğ Hepyener showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sjors van Ankeren, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mirko Bense in the 54th minute of play forced Rakı Sevenler FC's goalkeeper Alptuğ Hepyener to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alptuğ Hepyener showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mirko Bense in the 57th minute of the match. 58 minutes into the game, Buitenhout FC's Ferry Hebels nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alptuğ Hepyener made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. 62 minutes into the match, Rakı Sevenler FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ferry Hebels came free, but Alptuğ Hepyener reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 63 minutes into the match, Ruud Reinders had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alptuğ Hepyener. Rakı Sevenler FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ruud Reinders was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1. After some careless play in the Rakı Sevenler FC defense, Ferry Hebels kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alptuğ Hepyener. The Rakı Sevenler FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alptuğ Hepyener should have stopped the shot. Alptuğ Hepyener showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ferry Hebels in the 72nd minute of the match. When Semail Eğriöz fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rakı Sevenler FC's protests and gave Semail Eğriöz a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Rakı Sevenler FC getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Semail Eğriöz hit a great ball. 80 minutes into the match, Rakı Sevenler FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sjors van Ankeren came free, but Alptuğ Hepyener reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 81 minutes into the match, Sjors van Ankeren notched a goal, 7-1, to the right of Rakı Sevenler FC's Alptuğ Hepyener. Alptuğ Hepyener was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Buitenhout FC getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Hannibal Lecter hit a great ball. Cavit Keramettin kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. 92 minutes into the game, Sjors van Ankeren cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-1. Alptuğ Hepyener was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Buitenhout FC had played much better football throughout.
