The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a defensive mix-up in Czerwone Lwy Podjuchy's zone, Fedele Scirea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tolek Sidorowicz came out of the goal and Fedele Scirea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 8 minutes into the match, Fedele Scirea had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tolek Sidorowicz. Czerwone Lwy Podjuchy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fedele Scirea was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. 12 minutes into the match, CLUB ROSE GARDEN's Fedele Scirea sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tolek Sidorowicz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 14th minute Ragnar Viking shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Naci Şehzat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ferhan Yildıran during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to CLUB ROSE GARDEN getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Ferhan Yildıran hit a great ball. Roland Ziomkowski kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. 20 minutes into the match, CLUB ROSE GARDEN's goal looked a bit too open when Sungur Civanbaht came free, but Naci Şehzat reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 22nd minute Ferhan Yildıran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tolek Sidorowicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ferhan Yildıran in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tolek Sidorowicz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 27 minutes of play, Czerwone Lwy Podjuchy's Roland Ziomkowski made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Naci Şehzat was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind Czerwone Lwy Podjuchy's goalkeeper Tolek Sidorowicz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Gwidon Gardocki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Naci Şehzat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sungur Civanbaht in the 33rd minute of the match. In the 34th minute Ragnar Viking shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Naci Şehzat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ferhan Yildıran struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Tolek Sidorowicz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CLUB ROSE GARDEN. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Roland Ziomkowski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Czerwone Lwy Podjuchy's supporters rose to their feet, but Roland Ziomkowski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Naci Şehzat breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Czerwone Lwy Podjuchy's Taci Şahsuvar got a free kick in the 40th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Fedele Scirea blasted a shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tolek Sidorowicz having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fedele Scirea in the 65th minute of play forced Czerwone Lwy Podjuchy's goalkeeper Tolek Sidorowicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fedele Scirea might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tolek Sidorowicz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fedele Scirea ran back to his position shaking his head. Tolek Sidorowicz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fedele Scirea, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 69 minutes, Naci Şehzat successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The audience was convinced that Sungur Civanbaht's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Naci Şehzat was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Roland Ziomkowski got free with Naci Şehzat in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Naci Şehzat took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sungur Civanbaht, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gwidon Gardocki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Naci Şehzat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Czerwone Lwy Podjuchy made a substitution. Zenon Zecman replaced Józef De Bruyne. The supporters of Czerwone Lwy Podjuchy booed when CLUB ROSE GARDEN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fedele Scirea didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 85 played minutes Czerwone Lwy Podjuchy got a freekick which was hit by Sungur Civanbaht. Czerwone Lwy Podjuchy's Tolek Sidorowicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fedele Scirea in the 87th minute of play. In the 88th minute, Gwidon Gardocki ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Naci Şehzat was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Walery Malicki charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Walery Malicki the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 93 played minutes Czerwone Lwy Podjuchy got a freekick which was hit by Walery Malicki.
