The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 9th minute Adrian Tancredo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicu Moarcăș saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 10th minute, Adrian Tancredo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nicu Moarcăș was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Dorin Tănăsescu charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dorin Tănăsescu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Timbau CSM's Dorin Tănăsescu got a free kick in the 13th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Adrian Tancredo got free with Nicu Moarcăș in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Adrian Tancredo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 22ndth minute, Nicu Moarcăș skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Adrian Tancredo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. If Adrian Tancredo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 41st minute, Rigoberto Ramone fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Nicu Moarcăș, passed just outside the right post. Adrian Tancredos short, quick shot in the 45thth minute got Nicu Moarcăș to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The crowd rose to their feet as Adrian Tancredo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Nicu Moarcăș. That made the score 4-0 in the 46 minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Adrian Tancredo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Timbau CSM getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Paul Pancu hit a great ball. If Rigoberto Ramone had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 54th minute, Adrian Tancredo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nicu Moarcăș was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. In the 60thth minute of the game Adrian Tancredo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Timbau CSM's Nicu Moarcăș was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 66th minute, Hermengildo Marquez made a precise shot to the right of Nicu Moarcăș. Timbau CSM's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. Nicu Moarcăș didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Adrian Tancredo went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. Eulalio Bernat fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicu Moarcăș having to interfere. In the 88th minute Rigoberto Ramone shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicu Moarcăș saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nicu Moarcăș stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adrian Tancredo's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. In the 90th minute, Adrian Tancredo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rigoberto Ramone sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Los VagiHuevos walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
