A beautiful save bye Farafulla FC's goalie prevented a goal. ФК•ШИПКА•СОФИЯ°23's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Veselin Achkov in the 7th minute. A well-hit corner resulted in Paun Feredzhanov heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Michel Christen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Spiridon Milanov read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. In the 13th minute Alexander Gurkov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ferruccio Sciarra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Farafulla FC's Ferruccio Sciarra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexander Gurkov in the 16th minute of play. If Michel Christen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of ФК•ШИПКА•СОФИЯ°23 booed when Farafulla FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alessio Apolloni didn't get a good kick on the ball. With his leg Ferruccio Sciarra managed to avoid a goal in the 28thth minute, when ФК•ШИПКА•СОФИЯ°23's Yasen Kichev fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Ferruccio Sciarra came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by ФК•ШИПКА•СОФИЯ°23's Yasen Kichev. But to his dismay, Yasen Kichev quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Farafulla FC's Ferruccio Sciarra proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Farafulla FC from getting a goal against them. Ferruccio Sciarra was out of position in the 39 minute of play, and Yasen Kichev capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Yasen Kichev really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. ФК•ШИПКА•СОФИЯ°23's Yasen Kichev got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dave Limitone to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Michel Christen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Spiridon Milanov was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. In the 56th minute, Bianco Africano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Spiridon Milanov made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Alessio Apolloni sent off a good shot on target. Adriano Volta's late challenge caught a ФК•ШИПКА•СОФИЯ°23's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adriano Volta helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Farafulla FC getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Adriano Volta hit a great ball. After having played for 69 minutes, Veselin Achkov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ФК•ШИПКА•СОФИЯ°23's supporters crossed their fingers, but Veselin Achkov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 74th minute Michel Christen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Spiridon Milanov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 75 played minutes Farafulla FC got a freekick which was hit by Dave Limitone. Filippo Donati kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. 80 minutes into the match, Farafulla FC's Dave Limitone sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Spiridon Milanov narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 87 minutes into the match, ФК•ШИПКА•СОФИЯ°23's goalkeeper Spiridon Milanov had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Michel Christen. 90 minutes into the match, Michel Christen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Spiridon Milanov. ФК•ШИПКА•СОФИЯ°23's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Michel Christen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. In the 95th minute, Yasen Kichev made a precise shot to the right of Ferruccio Sciarra. Farafulla FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-2. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The ФК•ШИПКА•СОФИЯ°23 fans cheered their team off the field, for while Farafulla FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
