Rui Vilaverde hit a great ball. 18 minutes into the match, Burgues Theatre's goal looked a bit too open when Rogério Ramires came free, but Emiliano Cristos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Burgues Theatre's Emiliano Cristos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jarbas Soeiro in the 19th minute of play. After 37 minutes, Ramiro Bento made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. Burgues Theatre's Emiliano Cristos tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 40th minute Rui Vilaverde shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emiliano Cristos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Emiliano Cristos was a little too slow when Ramiro Bento got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 77th minute. The score was now 0-9. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Ramiro Bento managed to get in a good position for a shot. Clube Oriental de Lisboa's supporters rose to their feet, but Ramiro Bento was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Miguel Montenegro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-10. Clube Oriental de Lisboa played a much better game than Burgues Theatre and deserved their victory. The Burgues Theatre players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
