Melchor Savion showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victor Munhoz, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Victor Munhoz might have been able to make a better finish in the 8th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Melchor Savion. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Victor Munhoz ran back to his position shaking his head. Victor Munhoz took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Melchor Savion. Melchor Savion dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Gilberto Mirande might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Edmundo de Toledo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gilberto Mirande ran back to his position shaking his head. Edmundo de Toledo made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Gilberto Mirande sent off a good shot on target. Victor Munhoz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Penny lane F.C's zone, Dráusio Porto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Melchor Savion came out of the goal and Dráusio Porto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Victor Munhoz scored 0-3 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Melchor Savion, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ronaldão Valadares took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 27th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Melchor Savion. Penny lane F.C's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Dráusio Porto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Buritama Sports's supporters rose to their feet, but Dráusio Porto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Melchor Savion breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Melchor Savion showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dráusio Porto in the 32nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Penny lane F.C's Salvador Martxelin got a free kick in the 33rd minute. When the match clock showed 36 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Dráusio Porto sped through Penny lane F.C's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Melchor Savion. 41 minutes into the match, Dráusio Porto notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of Penny lane F.C's Melchor Savion. Melchor Savion was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 45th match minute, Penny lane F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gilberto Mirande to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Penny lane F.C's zone, Dráusio Porto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Melchor Savion came out of the goal and Dráusio Porto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Victor Munhoz scored 0-7 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Melchor Savion, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Penny lane F.C players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Buritama Sports were winning 0-7.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Victor Munhoz to strike the kick off in the second half. Diguinho Velloso's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Melchor Savion read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. In the 53rd play minute Diguinho Velloso came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Melchor Savion. 0-8. When Buritama Sports's Victor Munhoz in the 56th minute got a chance for a shot 56th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Penny lane F.C's goalie prevented a goal. In the 68th minute, Victor Munhoz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Buritama Sports fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-9. The audience was convinced that Victor Munhoz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Melchor Savion was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Victor Munhoz in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Melchor Savion saved Penny lane F.C from getting behind. Dráusio Portos short, quick shot in the 85thth minute got Melchor Savion to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 89 minutes into the game, Buritama Sports's Dráusio Porto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Melchor Savion made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-10. In the 92nd minute Victor Munhoz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melchor Savion saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Penny lane F.C's Melchor Savion played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victor Munhoz in the 94th minute of play. When the final whistle sounded Buritama Sports left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Penny lane F.C.
