Stray Cats SJFC Millonary's Edgardo Astrada played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodriguinho de Toledo in the 4th minute of play. 12 minutes into the match, Stray Cats SJFC Millonary's goal looked a bit too open when Rodriguinho de Toledo came free, but Edgardo Astrada reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stray Cats SJFC Millonary's Edgardo Astrada played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodriguinho de Toledo in the 13th minute of play. In the 15th match minute, Stray Cats SJFC Millonary was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ezequiel Aguirre to maneuver through the defense. Edgardo Astrada came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by S.C. Reis United's Rodriguinho de Toledo. But to his dismay, Rodriguinho de Toledo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Bruno Arias kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. After having played for 31 minutes, Rodriguinho de Toledo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. S.C. Reis United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rodriguinho de Toledo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Edgardo Astrada showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eduardo Gaspar, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Rodriguinho de Toledo put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Edgardo Astrada. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rodriguinho de Toledo in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edgardo Astrada prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 41 minutes into the game, S.C. Reis United's Rodriguinho de Toledo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Edgardo Astrada made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

In the 51st match minute, S.C. Reis United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodriguinho de Toledo to maneuver through the defense. Edgardo Astrada was a little too slow when Eduardo Gaspar got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 53rd minute. The score was now 0-5. 56 minutes into the match, S.C. Reis United's Rodriguinho de Toledo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Edgardo Astrada narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Edgardo Astrada took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eduardo Gaspar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edgardo Astrada made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Rodriguinho de Toledo sent off a good shot on target. Eduardo Gaspar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgardo Astrada having to interfere. Aquiles Elodio kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. After having played for 65 minutes, Rodriguinho de Toledo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. S.C. Reis United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rodriguinho de Toledo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Edgardo Astrada was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Eduardo Gaspar showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-6 in the 67 minute of play. After a rather tough play, Stray Cats SJFC Millonary's Rolando Lauro got a free kick in the 71st minute. Rolando Lauro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Paulo Renato Trevisan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Edgardo Astrada tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edgardo Astrada was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Fabinho Pereira showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-7 in the 79 minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rodriguinho de Toledo got free with Edgardo Astrada in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 90 minutes into the match, Stray Cats SJFC Millonary's goalkeeper Edgardo Astrada had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rodriguinho de Toledo. After 95 played minutes Stray Cats SJFC Millonary got a freekick which was hit by Ezequiel Aguirre. S.C. Reis United's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
