Mārcis Pripāns didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dráusio das Neves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albīns Rumpeters, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. After the first half Black horses were leading 1-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Justs Budnieks made a kick off. Black horses's Justs Budnieks got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 56th minute, Mārcis Pripāns left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Black horses fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-6. After having played for 60 minutes, Justs Budnieks managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Black horses's supporters crossed their fingers, but Justs Budnieks was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Batalhão do Peçanha's Dráusio das Neves got control of the ball when Mārcis Pripāns tried to sneak it across the goal line. 63 minutes into the match, Justs Budnieks dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Dráusio das Neves, 1-7. When the match had gone on for 67 minutes, Mārcis Pripāns took a quick shot and it went in 1-8 without a chance for Dráusio das Neves to make any attempt to save it. Mārcis Pripāns could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Dráusio das Neves made a huge save. Paulo de Almeida kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. 96 minutes into the match, Batalhão do Peçanha's goalkeeper Dráusio das Neves had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Justs Budnieks. When the match was over Black horses could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Batalhão do Peçanha throughout the match.
