Cafu Donato fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ferdinand Todea having to interfere. In the 97th of the match, Cafu Donato tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Ferdinand Todea got in the way and made a wonderful save. Palmares Futebol Clube's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
