When Patricio Rey Futbol Club's Yağızhan Yurdaşen in the 8th minute got a chance for a shot 8th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Justo Harri in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lucas Bastia saved Red Bull Crystallis from getting behind. In the 23rd minute, Yağızhan Yurdaşen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Patricio Rey Futbol Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Yağızhan Yurdaşen blasted a shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lucas Bastia having to make a save. When the match had gone on for 31 minutes, Yağızhan Yurdaşen put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Lucas Bastia. After a rather tough play, Red Bull Crystallis's Erasmo Orlondo got a free kick in the 34th minute. 36 minutes into the match, Red Bull Crystallis's goal looked a bit too open when Yağızhan Yurdaşen came free, but Lucas Bastia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Maximiliano Remir struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Lucas Bastia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Patricio Rey Futbol Club. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fernando Emesto during the 38th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Red Bull Crystallis getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Fernando Emesto hit a great ball. Yağızhan Yurdaşen hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. In the 45th minute, Erasmo Orlondo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lucas Bastia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yağızhan Yurdaşen, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The Red Bull Crystallis players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Patricio Rey Futbol Club were winning 1-2.

Lucas Bastia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yağızhan Yurdaşen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Denis Gabon kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santiago Pes in the 59th minute of play forced Patricio Rey Futbol Club's goalkeeper Virgilio Pacifico to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Red Bull Crystallis's Fernando Emesto got his second yellow card of the match in the 61st minute. The referee ordered Fernando Emesto off the ground. A collision led to Red Bull Crystallis getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Fernando Emesto hit a great ball. 65 minutes into the game, Patricio Rey Futbol Club's Yağızhan Yurdaşen nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lucas Bastia made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. In the 67thth minute of the game Yağızhan Yurdaşen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Red Bull Crystallis's Lucas Bastia was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 70th minute, Yağızhan Yurdaşen made a precise shot to the right of Lucas Bastia. Red Bull Crystallis's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. Lucas Bastia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Yağızhan Yurdaşen's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. Justo Harri recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lucas Bastia made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Yağızhan Yurdaşen sent off a good shot on target. 91 minutes had been played when some careless play by Red Bull Crystallis's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Isaias Abad was slow to take the kick. During this time Patricio Rey Futbol Club's players had a chance to rest. Isaias Abad was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Lucas Bastia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yağızhan Yurdaşen in the 93rd minute of the match. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Patricio Rey Futbol Club eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
