Charles Knapp came out of the goal and Florin Plesca tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ciprian Prepelitã fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Charles Knapp having to interfere. Dragos Ciocan kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 10 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Doug Bermudez sped through Mavian UFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ion Cârlig. Ciprian Prutean fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Charles Knapp having to interfere. In the 15th match minute, Cascade Park West was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Moses Lopes to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciprian Prepelitã in the 17th minute of play forced Cascade Park West's goalkeeper Charles Knapp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ciprian Prepelitã fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Charles Knapp having to interfere. After 23 minutes, Florin Plesca mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mavian UFC and the Cascade Park West players grew even worse after the yellow card. Florin Plesca hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Ion Cârlig showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jamar Orlinsky in the 37th minute of the match. After 38 minutes, Cole Whitfield mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cascade Park West and the Mavian UFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 38th minute, Cole Whitfield hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 40th match minute, Mavian UFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ghitã Burduja to maneuver through the defense. In the 46th minute, Doug Bermudez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ion Cârlig was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Mavian UFC made a substitution. Valentin Burlea replaced Dragos Ciocan. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ciprian Prepelitã to make the kick off. After having played for 53 minutes, Ciprian Prepelitã managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mavian UFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ciprian Prepelitã was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A hard shot 56 in the game by Ciprian Prepelitã from a close distance when the talented Charles Knapp managed to make a qualified save. Cascade Park West's players were relieved. Moses Lopes kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. After 61 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Cascade Park West! Charles Knapp had in the 64thth minute some difficulties stopping Ciprian Prepelitã's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Ghitã Burduja sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Cascade Park West getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Jamar Orlinsky hit a great ball. Lilian Burduja took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 72nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Charles Knapp. Cascade Park West's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 79th minute by Ghitã Burduja got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Ghitã Burduja could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Charles Knapp made a huge save. If Ghitã Burduja had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nicolae Cerbu during the 87th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 88 played minutes Mavian UFC got a freekick which was hit by Nicolae Cerbu. A collision led to Cascade Park West getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Doug Bermudez hit a great ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Mavian UFC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Cascade Park West.
