Spectators: 161 (Terracing: 121, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) Sofoklis Farsakoglou started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. If Sofoklis Farsakoglou had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 7 minutes into the match, Crow's goal looked a bit too open when Yuri Nóbrega came free, but Kostas Kaftis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kostas Kaftis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yuri Nóbrega in the 8th minute of the match. António Barros's late challenge caught a Crow's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. António Barros helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Crow booed when mar-azul was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. António Barros didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cláudio Linhares scored 0-1 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kostas Kaftis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Albérico Carrasqueira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Petros Karachristou in the 20th minute of the match. The shot was a little too simple and Albérico Carrasqueira could save by the left post. Yuri Nóbrega took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kostas Kaftis. Kostas Kaftis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Cláudio Linhares managed to get in a good position for a shot. mar-azul's supporters rose to their feet, but Cláudio Linhares was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kostas Kaftis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sofoklis Farsakoglou in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Albérico Carrasqueira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Jorge Serpa fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored mar-azul's protests and gave Jorge Serpa a yellow card for diving instead. Jorge Serpa kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. When Dimosthenis Bougiouklis fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Crow's protests and gave Dimosthenis Bougiouklis a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Crow getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Dimosthenis Bougiouklis hit a great ball. Kostas Kaftis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from António Barros in the 46th minute of play. Sofoklis Farsakoglou recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After the first half mar-azul were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Yuri Nóbrega made the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sofoklis Farsakoglou in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Albérico Carrasqueira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Petros Karachristou received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Albérico Carrasqueira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Crow defense, Yuri Nóbrega kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kostas Kaftis. The Crow fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kostas Kaftis should have stopped the shot. Albérico Carrasqueira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sofoklis Farsakoglou, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Kostas Kaftis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cláudio Linhares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 85th minute, Vítor Palhares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Spyros Kaparelis in the 95th minute of play forced mar-azul's goalkeeper Albérico Carrasqueira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Crow fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. mar-azul were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
