An unexpectedly hard shot by Mauricio Manuelo in the 19th minute of play forced Zgierskie Zlewy's goalkeeper Karol Ruszkowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mauricio Manuelo to strike the kick off in the second half. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Talleres reached it. The referee felt a red card was in order, 84 minutes into the game, when Jorge Martínez put in a rough tackle. Talleres's Cecilio Lastur proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save Talleres from getting a goal against them. With 87 minutes on the clock, Spiridon Peychev commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The supporters of Talleres booed when Zgierskie Zlewy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Spiridon Peychev didn't get a good kick on the ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Talleres fully deserved thier win.
