After having played for 4 minutes, Daniel Alcântara managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Alcântara was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the Rondinone F.C - FDFDF defense, Guaberto Mederi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rômulo de Almeida. The Rondinone F.C - FDFDF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rômulo de Almeida should have stopped the shot. Filomeno Lore showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nilson Paraibano, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Filomeno Lore stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nilson Paraibano's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. Fausto Aballe kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Rômulo de Almeida showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guaberto Mederi, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. In the 17th minute, Chicão Matos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edelmiro Matei received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Rômulo de Almeida tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 24 minutes into the match, Mateo Cordaro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rômulo de Almeida. Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mateo Cordaro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. After a rather tough play, Manchester City's Hernan Fero got a free kick in the 27th minute. A hard and well directed shot from Róbson Prata led 28 minutes into the game to a goal after the ball had bounced deceptively just in front of the goal. Manchester City's Filomeno Lore became a little unsure and couldn't grip the ball before it was over the goalline. Thus it was 1-2. In the 31st minute Róbson Prata shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filomeno Lore saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Róbson Prata kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Hernan Fero hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Filomeno Lore made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Róbson Prata sent off a good shot on target. Daniel Alcântara had several of the Manchester City's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 37 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-2 score and a disappointed Filomeno Lore as he didn't even see the shot coming. 39 minutes into the match, Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's goal looked a bit too open when Mateo Cordaro came free, but Rômulo de Almeida reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Amauri Barros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filomeno Lore having to interfere. Nelson Esteves kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. 46 minutes into the match, Mateo Cordaro notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's Rômulo de Almeida. Rômulo de Almeida was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 2-3 lead.
The wind increased when Daniel Alcântara made the kick off in the second half. Amauri Barros kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nilson Paraibano in the 62nd minute of play forced Manchester City's goalkeeper Filomeno Lore to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nilson Paraibano scored 4-3 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Filomeno Lore, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Nelson Esteves took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Filomeno Lore. Filomeno Lore dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-3. Filomeno Lore showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Róbson Prata in the 83rd minute of the match. When Manchester City's Edelmiro Matei in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's goalie prevented a goal. Manchester City's supporters crossed their fingers, but Delmiro Osmundo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Rondinone F.C - FDFDF fans cheered their team off the field, for while Manchester City had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
