Patrik Øskan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rene Aires, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Loco De Remate's zone, Xacintu Ribeiro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Okanalp Öksal came out of the goal and Xacintu Ribeiro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 7 minutes into the match, Loco De Remate's goal looked a bit too open when Hernando Harroyo came free, but Okanalp Öksal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Hernando Harroyo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Okanalp Öksal was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. Rene Aires could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Patrik Øskan made a huge save. After some careless play in the Loco De Remate defense, Hernando Harroyo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Okanalp Öksal. The Loco De Remate fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Okanalp Öksal should have stopped the shot. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind Loco De Remate's goalkeeper Okanalp Öksal, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Loco De Remate's Okanalp Öksal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xacintu Ribeiro in the 25th minute of play. Okanalp Öksal didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hernando Harroyo went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xacintu Ribeiro in the 38th minute of play forced Loco De Remate's goalkeeper Okanalp Öksal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rene Aires could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Patrik Øskan made a huge save. 41 minutes had been played when some careless play by Atlético Bucaramanga's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Laurids Grejsen was slow to take the kick. During this time Loco De Remate's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Loco De Remate's Laurids Grejsen to fire away a dangerous shot which Patrik Øskan despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 47 minutes had been played when some careless play by Loco De Remate's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Eutropio Negrete was slow to take the kick. During this time Atlético Bucaramanga's players had a chance to rest. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Okanalp Öksal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xacintu Ribeiro in the 52nd minute of play. Atlético Bucaramanga's Michael Lilander managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Laurids Grejsen in the 54 minute of the game. After 55 minutes of play, Loco De Remate's Rene Aires made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Patrik Øskan was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Rene Aires in the 58th minute of play forced Atlético Bucaramanga's goalkeeper Patrik Øskan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Atlético Bucaramanga's Patrik Øskan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rene Aires in the 59th minute of play. After having played for 62 minutes, Xacintu Ribeiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Patrik Øskan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Patrik Øskan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rene Aires in the 72nd minute of the match. When Adam Czubski came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Atlético Bucaramanga fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adam Czubski couldn't finish the play. Okanalp Öksal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hernando Harroyo in the 76th minute of play. In the 77th minute Atlético Bucaramanga were awarded a corner. Hernando Harroyo went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Hernando Harroyo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Okanalp Öksal quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Yulian Tzambov hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Loco De Remate's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
