The crowd rose to their feet as Siro Frances kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Dalmacio Pello. That made the score 1-0 in the 9 minute of play. 11 minutes into the match, Tello AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Siro Frances came free, but Dalmacio Pello reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Tello AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. In the 20th minute of the match, Fanis Koufaliotis got a very nice opportunity to score, but Dalmacio Pello was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Danilo Florian showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 43 minutes into the match, Ángel Albirrojo's goal looked a bit too open when Pastor Nofre came free, but Danilo Florian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hong Yi Yang in the 44th minute of play forced Ángel Albirrojo's goalkeeper Danilo Florian to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Danilo Florian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Uriel Cordearo in the 45th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Uriel Cordearo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When the final whistle sounded Tello AFC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Ángel Albirrojo.
