The audience thought a goal was coming when Nistor Sârban got free with Aureliusz Banan in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Nistor Sârban had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Deputaty SA's Aureliusz Banan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Deputaty SA from getting a goal against them. 23 minutes into the match, Rega Merida CF's goal looked a bit too open when Arkadiusz Gardocki came free, but Edmund Kojder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rega Merida CF's Edmund Kojder played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olaf Jaszynski in the 31st minute of play. Filcho Dzhagarov was slow to take the kick. During this time Rega Merida CF's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Filcho Dzhagarov got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Aureliusz Banan quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nistor Sârban stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 55 minutes Deputaty SA's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Filcho Dzhagarov who took care of the corner kick. 57 minutes into the game, Rega Merida CF's Nistor Sârban nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aureliusz Banan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Aureliusz Banan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wasyl Dziurowicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Deputaty SA's Igor Brudnicki was substituted for Olaf Jaszynski. Rega Merida CF's La Piszczek was substituted for Filcho Dzhagarov. After 75 minutes Deputaty SA's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Karol Swiderski who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Nistor Sârban got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Aureliusz Banan quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save.
