When Liviu Buceceanu came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Armada fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Liviu Buceceanu couldn't finish the play. Emanuel Enoiu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kevin Alebeck in the 23rd minute of play. Andreas Lindqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Róbert Benkó, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 34 minutes into the game, Melker Kämpe cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Emanuel Enoiu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Róbert Benkó struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Andreas Lindqvist didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. Liviu Buceceanu who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 38thth minute tested the skills of Andreas Lindqvist when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 40 minutes into the match, Vykans Vikingar's goal looked a bit too open when Róbert Benkó came free, but Andreas Lindqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Armada fans cheered their team off the field, for while Vykans Vikingar had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
