Justin Andrusiow could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Fredrik Rehsensteen made a huge save. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 44 minutes into the match, Holmkjar Hotspurs's goalkeeper Fredrik Rehsensteen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gogo Nicholas. Tres Lomas FC's 狄迪烽 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Magnus Steinwart in the 48th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Magnus Steinwart was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Natalio De Mitri in the 52nd minute of play forced Holmkjar Hotspurs's goalkeeper Fredrik Rehsensteen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Holmkjar Hotspurs's Heine Weitemeyer got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Åge Stjernerose succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 55th playminute. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Holmkjar Hotspurs had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
