Nouredine Mimoun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcos Ramalho in the 11th minute of play. In the 12th minute, Smail Zerara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 23rdth minute of the game Marcos Ramalho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Adab FC's Nouredine Mimoun was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Christiano Trevisan came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Morro Grande E.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Christiano Trevisan couldn't finish the play. In the 31st match minute, Morro Grande E.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Toninho Grau to maneuver through the defense. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nouredine Mimoun prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Morro Grande E.C played a much better game than Adab FC and deserved their victory. The Adab FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
