The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to Coelho FC getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Jordi Puig hit a great ball. After 5 minutes of play, TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s Diogo Faria made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Paulo Renato Novaes was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 11th minute, TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s Dorian Baiano dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. In the 18th minute, TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s Wanderson Lira ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Paulo Renato Novaes. Paulo Renato Novaes yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. Diogo Faria might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Paulo Renato Novaes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Diogo Faria ran back to his position shaking his head. Paulo Renato Novaes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Diogo Faria in the 22nd minute of the match. Dorian Baiano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Paulo Renato Novaes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Paulo Renato Novaes was out of position in the 27 minute of play, and Diogo Faria capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Diogo Faria really showed his touch with that goal: 4-0. Dorian Baiano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Paulo Renato Novaes was out of position in the 31 minute of play, and Diogo Faria capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Diogo Faria really showed his touch with that goal: 5-0. Coelho FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 34th minute, when Diogo Faria scored to the left of an out of position Paulo Renato Novaes, making the score, 6-0. Diogo Faria received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Paulo Renato Novaes came out and tried to block the shot, but Diogo Faria slotted it home off the left post making it 7-0 in the 37th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Diogo Faria got free with Paulo Renato Novaes in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. George Strömberg charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed George Strömberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Diogo Faria recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Coelho FC's Paulo Renato Novaes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diogo Faria in the 44th minute of play.

Diogo Faria took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Paulo Renato Novaes. Paulo Renato Novaes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. Rodriguinho Hermes hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s Roger Freire was substituted for Sakarias Allbom. Andrézinho Recife fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulo Renato Novaes having to interfere. 67 minutes into the game, Mathias Alves cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 11-0. Paulo Renato Novaes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 71st minute of the match TIMETER EC -DMZ- got a corner. Coelho FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Johannes Øien ran over to the corner to take the kick. TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s Mathias Alves got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Paulo Renato Novaes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mathias Alves in the 77th minute of play. 79 minutes into the match, Coelho FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mathias Alves came free, but Paulo Renato Novaes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 82nd minute, Mathias Alves made a precise shot to the right of Paulo Renato Novaes. Coelho FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 12-0. In the 84th minute, TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s Roger Freire seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Roger Freire the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of TIMETER EC -DMZ- protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Roger Freire had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The supporters of Coelho FC booed when TIMETER EC -DMZ- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roger Freire didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mathias Alves blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Paulo Renato Novaes having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mathias Alves in the 88th minute of play forced Coelho FC's goalkeeper Paulo Renato Novaes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 89th minute, Jordi Puig hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. TIMETER EC -DMZ-'s Johannes Øien couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 90th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Coelho FC. Paulo Renato Novaes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mathias Alves in the 91st minute of play. When the referee ended the match the TIMETER EC -DMZ- players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
