The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Jarbas Quadros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cuero Buseth, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. O.T.E's Javier García played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marquinhos Santos in the 12th minute of play. Javier García showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marquinhos Santos in the 13th minute of the match. In the 16th minute, Dimitris Georgakopoulos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Samuel Jobo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marquinhos Santos in the 27th minute of play forced O.T.E's goalkeeper Javier García to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 28th minute Cuero Buseth shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jarbas Quadros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dimitris Saravakos made in the 33rd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Aybars Çokman however managed to control. Marquinhos Santos struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Javier García didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for PREZULO FC. In the 37th minute Cuero Buseth shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jarbas Quadros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 41st minute, Sven-Olof Askestät hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marquinhos Santos to strike the kick off in the second half. When the match had gone on for 57 minutes, Marquinhos Santos took a quick shot and it went in 0-1 without a chance for Javier García to make any attempt to save it. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Sven-Olof Askestät kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. 98 minutes into the match, O.T.E's Charalambos Rokofilos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jarbas Quadros narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. PREZULO FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
