The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Jaroslaw Komanski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 崔光笑, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jesus Luke showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Tschida in the 14th minute of the match. In the 18th minute, Quintino Carvalhais ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jesus Luke was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 28th minute of the match Atlético Montserrat got a corner. FC Goodfellas's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Segundo Belarmo ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Konstanty Galagan heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. In the 31st minute, Michael Owen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jaroslaw Komanski was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Arto Veedla hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. In the 35th minute Segundo Belarmo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jaroslaw Komanski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 36th minute Atlético Montserrat were awarded a corner. Segundo Belarmo went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Atlético Montserrat's Segundo Belarmo to fire away a dangerous shot which Jaroslaw Komanski despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. FC Goodfellas's Jaroslaw Komanski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 崔光笑 in the 38th minute of play. In the 40th minute Ruslan Ismanto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jesus Luke saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jesus Luke showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Quintino Carvalhais, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. If Quintino Carvalhais had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Robert Boruta to strike the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Atlético Montserrat's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Tschida came free, but Jesus Luke reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Daniel Tschida struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Jesus Luke didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Goodfellas. 61 minutes into the match, Michael Owen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jaroslaw Komanski. FC Goodfellas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Michael Owen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Jesus Luke made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Quintino Carvalhais sent off a good shot on target. Jaroslaw Komanski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michael Owen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Atlético Montserrat's Aurelio Gitano got a free kick in the 72nd minute. FC Goodfellas's Tarmo Nukki was substituted for Raigo Vananurm. FC Goodfellas made a substitution. Rando Jõe replaced Quintino Carvalhais. A collision led to Atlético Montserrat getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Aurelio Gitano hit a great ball. In the 74th minute Rainer Viigipuu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jesus Luke saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 75 minutes had been played when some careless play by Atlético Montserrat's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Tarmo Nukki was slow to take the kick. During this time FC Goodfellas's players had a chance to rest. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rainer Viigipuu in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jesus Luke prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jesus Luke made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rando Jõe in the 79th minute. Jaroslaw Komanski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Konstanty Galagan in the 80th minute of the match. A collision led to Atlético Montserrat getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Anastasio Rito hit a great ball. In the 88th minute, Tarmo Nukki made a precise shot to the right of Jesus Luke. Atlético Montserrat's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. In the 94th minute Michael Owen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jaroslaw Komanski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Atlético Montserrat's Jesus Luke got control of the ball when Tarmo Nukki tried to sneak it across the goal line.
