Despite this Rhys Dimmock quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 9 minutes into the match, Bears are Back's goal looked a bit too open when Leonardo Lane came free, but Jan Faust reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Filip Stăniloaie kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Rhys Dimmock showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patryk Bartoszek, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Rhys Dimmock came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Bears are Back's Patryk Bartoszek. But to his dismay, Patryk Bartoszek quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sergey Krasinskiy got free with Jan Faust in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Korneliusz Tokarczyk kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Jan Faust took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fred Kirkpatrick, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bears are Back's goalkeeper Jan Faust, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jan Faust made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mugurel Balaeț in the 41st minute. Jan Faust showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonardo Lane in the 42nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Zamalek FC's Fred Kirkpatrick got a free kick in the 44th minute.

51 minutes into the match, Bears are Back's goal looked a bit too open when Sergey Krasinskiy came free, but Jan Faust reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 54th minute, Patryk Bartoszek ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rhys Dimmock was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. In the 84th minute Toni Butcher shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rhys Dimmock saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 85th minute, Cezary Adamowicz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Toni Butcher got free with Rhys Dimmock in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Daron Joseph charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Daron Joseph the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When Zamalek FC's Mugurel Balaeț in the 90th minute got a chance for a shot 90th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bears are Back's goalie prevented a goal. Zamalek FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Sergey Krasinskiy in the 91st minute. Toni Butcher fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rhys Dimmock having to interfere. In the 95th minute Toni Butcher shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rhys Dimmock saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Bears are Back had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
