Martin Crețu came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by ÕĶ¢¡đєпtå ₣Ċ's Zaid Urhan. But to his dismay, Zaid Urhan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Angelino Asteri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rahmad Lunggana in the 9th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zaid Urhan in the 10th minute of play forced Stiinta-Univ.'s goalkeeper Martin Crețu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 11th minute of the match ÕĶ¢¡đєпtå ₣Ċ got a corner. Stiinta-Univ.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Nilson Jackson ran over to the corner to take the kick. Nilson Jackson made a great header on ÕĶ¢¡đєпtå ₣Ċ's corner, it was just that Stiinta-Univ.'s Martin Crețu managed to reach the ball for a save. Angelino Asteri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valeriu Morovan in the 13th minute of the match. Martin Crețu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zaid Urhan in the 16th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Shi Ming Sheng in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Angelino Asteri saved ÕĶ¢¡đєпtå ₣Ċ from getting behind. Zaid Urhan struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Martin Crețu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ÕĶ¢¡đєпtå ₣Ċ. Shi Ming Sheng struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Nilson Jackson went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led ÕĶ¢¡đєпtå ₣Ċ's Nilson Jackson to fire away a dangerous shot which Martin Crețu despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Zaid Urhan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a little luck, Stiinta-Univ.'s Martin Crețu got control of the ball when Zaid Urhan tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Shi Ming Sheng managed to get in a good position for a shot. Stiinta-Univ.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Shi Ming Sheng was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Angelino Asteri breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pawel Pryla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Martin Crețu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

In the 54th minute, Shi Ming Sheng reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Angelino Asteri. The goal made the score 1-1. ÕĶ¢¡đєпtå ₣Ċ's Santos Markel managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Tomasz Gacek in the 56 minute of the game. After 60 minutes of play, Stiinta-Univ.'s Shi Ming Sheng made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Angelino Asteri was left in no man's land by his defense there! Martin Crețu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zaid Urhan, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. In the 66th minute, Americo Paulin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. ÕĶ¢¡đєпtå ₣Ċ's Nicanor Chale was substituted for Santos Markel. ÕĶ¢¡đєпtå ₣Ċ's Laureano Vincente was substituted for Zaid Urhan. In the 70th minute the ball was on its way in behind ÕĶ¢¡đєпtå ₣Ċ's goalkeeper Angelino Asteri, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Laureano Vincente had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 74 minutes into the match, Stiinta-Univ.'s goal looked a bit too open when Laureano Vincente came free, but Martin Crețu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 76thth minute of the game Shi Ming Sheng who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ÕĶ¢¡đєпtå ₣Ċ's Angelino Asteri was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 79th minute Laureano Vincente shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martin Crețu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 87th minute, Christer Forss hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Miguel Iigo charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Miguel Iigo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Miguel Iigo kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. 96 minutes into the match, Laureano Vincente notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Stiinta-Univ.'s Martin Crețu. Martin Crețu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
