Godfredo Abarca stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Radamel-Falcao García's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. Saverio Belasko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 35th minute, Salvador Lapurdi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The BEIJO CARNAVAL fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Radamel-Falcao García in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Godfredo Abarca prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saverio Belasko in the 42nd minute of play forced E L C O K O F C ® E V G ®'s goalkeeper Lucas Duarte to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. E L C O K O F C ® E V G ®'s Berdoi Abaurre shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 48th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Godfredo Abarca but with some difficulty. After the first half BEIJO CARNAVAL were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Radamel-Falcao García was the one to do the kick off. BEIJO CARNAVAL's Richard Peso was substituted for Salvador Lapurdi. E L C O K O F C ® E V G ®'s Pepillo Servin was substituted for Berdoi Abaurre. Gerardo Abilio hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. BEIJO CARNAVAL's Bernabe Lluciano was substituted for Su Yi Hao. Pepillo Servin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Godfredo Abarca read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play.
