Lost Boys Sports Academy's Ivan Drago played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fredric Melander in the 36th minute of play. In the 38th minute, National Team Cape-Verde's Oswald Winnepennincx dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fredric Melander in the 41st minute of play forced Lost Boys Sports Academy's goalkeeper Ivan Drago to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 42 minutes had been played when some careless play by Lost Boys Sports Academy's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Fredric Melander was slow to take the kick. During this time National Team Cape-Verde's players had a chance to rest. Merih Demiral took the corner. Ove Boström made a great header on Lost Boys Sports Academy's corner, it was just that National Team Cape-Verde's Pål Sefastsson managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 92nd minute, Johan Sellberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the referee ended the match the National Team Cape-Verde players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
