Sharma Sharma who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 46thth minute tested the skills of Tristan Nordlet when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Waldemar Cwynar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ruddi Berendsen in the 47th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bent Streyder made a kick off. Lachezar Tetevenski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sharma Sharma in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tristan Nordlet prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 56 played minutes Holmkjar Hotspurs got a freekick which was hit by Bobby Bohner. Waldemar Cwynar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elmar Lexbo, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. After 64 played minutes KS Olimpia Warszawa got a freekick which was hit by Fabiano Carneiro. 66 minutes into the match, KS Olimpia Warszawa's Sharma Sharma sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tristan Nordlet narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 75th minute, Sharma Sharma ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tristan Nordlet was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Holmkjar Hotspurs made a substitution. Kurd Frydenholt replaced Bobby Bohner.
