After 9 played minutes, Limburg United's Andrez Widdepenninck shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Tommie Vaes came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Limburg United reached it. In the 12th minute, Geert Leenknecht made a precise shot to the right of Tommie Vaes. Silver Squad AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 15th match minute, Limburg United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Geert Leenknecht to maneuver through the defense. 17 minutes into the game, Matijs Artois was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Limburg United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Silver Squad AFC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Limburg United's Matijs Artois got a free kick in the 17th minute. Timmy Van Goethem received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Manuel Pelegrims tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Oscar Van Steen during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 22nd minute, Oscar Van Steen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Limburg United getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Geert Leenknecht hit a great ball. William De Fauw received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Tommie Vaes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tommie Vaes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dre Dierickx in the 29th minute of the match. 45 minutes into the match, William De Fauw had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tommie Vaes. Silver Squad AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that William De Fauw was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5.

The wind increased when Dre Dierickx made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Timmy Van Goethem in the 53rd minute of play forced Limburg United's goalkeeper Manuel Pelegrims to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 54th minute, Dre Dierickx fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Limburg United's Manuel Pelegrims played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Timmy Van Goethem in the 57th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Limburg United's Ricky Backers got a free kick in the 59th minute. Limburg United's Dre Dierickx got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Limburg United's Manuel Pelegrims played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Timmy Van Goethem in the 63rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Silver Squad AFC's zone, Geert Leenknecht stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tommie Vaes came out of the goal and Geert Leenknecht tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Silver Squad AFC booed when Limburg United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gwenn Roelandts didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Geert Leenknecht got free with Tommie Vaes in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Silver Squad AFC's Tommie Vaes got control of the ball when Geert Leenknecht tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Gilbert Koninkx had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Silver Squad AFC's Dyllan Switten got a free kick in the 82nd minute. 88 minutes into the match, Silver Squad AFC's goal looked a bit too open when William De Fauw came free, but Tommie Vaes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lorenzo Rockloos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Manuel Pelegrims tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dre Dierickx scored 0-7 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tommie Vaes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Limburg United had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
