With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ricardinho Moura prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Geovanni Pontes kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. The supporters of Club El Progreso booed when Flores da Cunha - RS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. João Vítor de Amaral didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 24 minutes, Roberto Maciel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Flores da Cunha - RS and the Club El Progreso players grew even worse after the yellow card.
