Karl Rowell charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Karl Rowell the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Engkos Sahilatua in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nicky Askew saved FC ARK CS from getting behind. In the 32nd minute, Rasyid Budiono sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and FC ARK CS's Nicky Askew didn't even have to move. After a defensive mix-up in FC Bestone 716's zone, Trev Drury stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dono Tanzier came out of the goal and Trev Drury tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Karl Rowell was shown his second yellow card after 37 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of FC Bestone 716 booed when FC ARK CS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karl Rowell didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dono Tanzier made an important save on a dangerous shot by Orson Eglington in the 41st minute. When Rasyid Budiono fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Bestone 716's protests and gave Rasyid Budiono a yellow card for diving instead. Dono Tanzier made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Orson Eglington sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, FC Bestone 716's Zidan Koswara got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Orson Eglington received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Dono Tanzier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Jufri Mamahit blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nicky Askew having to make a save. In the 61st minute, Jufri Mamahit reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Nicky Askew. The goal made the score 0-2. Trev Drury hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. After 69 played minutes Jufri Mamahit could catch the ball where he stood relatively free a bit outside the goal and without hesitation he completed 0-3 into the left cross. A collision led to FC ARK CS getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Connor Graves hit a great ball. When Orson Eglington came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the FC ARK CS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Orson Eglington couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the FC Bestone 716 defense, Orson Eglington kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dono Tanzier. The FC Bestone 716 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dono Tanzier should have stopped the shot. In the 89th minute, Connor Graves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to FC ARK CS getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Orson Eglington hit a great ball. Engkos Sahilatua kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match.
