After 39 minutes of play, Dombiratosi Football Club's Ákos Peterdy made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ernesto Eutor was left in no man's land by his defense there! Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

In the 61st match minute, Deportivo Medievales was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joaquin George to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when László Vastag got free with Ernesto Eutor in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Atilano Bernard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. János Kenesei tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 67th minute, Dombiratosi Football Club's Mihály Gere ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ernesto Eutor. Ernesto Eutor yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. Ernesto Eutor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mihály Gere in the 75th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jacobo Rameriz during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
