But to his dismay, Renan Quirino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 15th match minute, 1903 Barranspor ☪ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samir Özsu to maneuver through the defense. Adilson Palmeira was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Müfit Usluer showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 45 minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Renan Quirino to make the kick off. Kandemir Taib hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. Berkan Yılkan was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Fernandinho Valle. Adilson Palmeira made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
