After 4 played minutes Cascadia United got a freekick which was hit by Aureliano Rafel. Victor Orzaize could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Dario Gutierrez made a huge save. Dario Gutierrez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fulgencio Matxin in the 7th minute of play. In the 12th minute, Filomeno Suero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Amadeo Iratze struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Dario Gutierrez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Equipo. 16 minutes into the match, Cascadia United's goal looked a bit too open when Fulgencio Matxin came free, but Dario Gutierrez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Higinio Iraido hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Victor Orzaize got free with Dario Gutierrez in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 23 minutes into the match, Equipo's goal looked a bit too open when Atilano Jerrald came free, but Gavino Eguntsenti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 27 minutes into the match, Cascadia United's goal looked a bit too open when Fulgencio Matxin came free, but Dario Gutierrez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 40th minute, Isaac Montxo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 41 minutes, Aureliano Rafel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cascadia United and the Equipo players grew even worse after the yellow card. Aureliano Rafel hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. The throw-in from Octavio Ellande in the 45th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Equipo's Saverio Elivareo. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

53 minutes into the match, Cascadia United's goal looked a bit too open when Victor Orzaize came free, but Dario Gutierrez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nemesio Raymond in the 54th minute of play forced Equipo's goalkeeper Gavino Eguntsenti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 57 minutes into the game, Victor Orzaize cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Dario Gutierrez was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 61st match minute, Cascadia United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silverio Gonzo to maneuver through the defense. In the 63rd minute Victor Orzaize shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dario Gutierrez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Victor Orzaize took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dario Gutierrez. Dario Gutierrez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. 70 minutes into the match, Cascadia United's goal looked a bit too open when Victor Orzaize came free, but Dario Gutierrez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dario Gutierrez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victor Orzaize in the 77th minute of the match. Equipo's Victor Orzaize got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dario Gutierrez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fulgencio Matxin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Cascadia United defense, Victor Orzaize kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dario Gutierrez. The Cascadia United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dario Gutierrez should have stopped the shot. Dario Gutierrez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victor Orzaize in the 93rd minute of play. Equipo walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
