Nicanor Mederi had several of the Henley Utd's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 47 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-1 score and a disappointed Adrian Säv as he didn't even see the shot coming. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Pedro Reynardo was the one to do the kick off. Santiago Lleir fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adrian Säv having to interfere.
