Marcial Rosio kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Carolo Berbiz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 31 minutes into the match, Achtung Babies's Diego Tajo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tomás Maule narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 33rd minute Achtung Babies were awarded a corner. Damian Sotil went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Damian Sotil almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Bendito Sea El Fernet's Tomás Maule did a great save. Tomás Maule took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diego Tajo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 36th minute Mario Tipi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ubaldo Frisco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 45 minutes into the match, Achtung Babies's goalkeeper Ubaldo Frisco had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eustaquio Tiadoro. The supporters of Bendito Sea El Fernet booed when Achtung Babies was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damian Sotil didn't get a good kick on the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eustaquio Tiadoro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ubaldo Frisco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eustaquio Tiadoro, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Damian Sotil kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eustaquio Tiadoro in the 58th minute of play forced Achtung Babies's goalkeeper Ubaldo Frisco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Diego Tajo charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Diego Tajo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The audience was convinced that Abel Uzuri's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ubaldo Frisco was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. In the 73rd minute Eustaquio Tiadoro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ubaldo Frisco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
