Bonifacio Arotza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Heriberto McPherson in the 4th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Heriberto McPherson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Houston Fire F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Heriberto McPherson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bonifacio Arotza breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sherwood Overton charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sherwood Overton the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 10 played minutes Houston Fire F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Sherwood Overton. Leon Stephen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as ľƼ-6-ľȜ ♆ ƬЄ ƢƲЄƦЄƧ MƛƬƛƦ's Leon Stephen slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Geoffrey Calderwood. That made the score 1-0 after 12 minutes of play. 17 minutes into the match, Houston Fire F.C.'s Heriberto McPherson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bonifacio Arotza narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Houston Fire F.C.'s Quintin Mann was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Bonifacio Arotza in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. ľƼ-6-ľȜ ♆ ƬЄ ƢƲЄƦЄƧ MƛƬƛƦ's Bonifacio Arotza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Noel Zimmerman in the 25th minute of play. A collision led to Houston Fire F.C. getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Heriberto McPherson hit a great ball. Houston Fire F.C.'s Geoffrey Calderwood played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leon Stephen in the 32nd minute of play. Derek Metzger hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. After having played for 39 minutes, Derek Metzger managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Houston Fire F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Derek Metzger was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 40 minutes into the match, Houston Fire F.C.'s Heriberto McPherson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bonifacio Arotza narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 46th minute, Leon Stephen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 47 played minutes Houston Fire F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Travis Milligan. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Apolo Laurentzi was the one to do the kick off. In the 58th match minute, Houston Fire F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Quintin Mann to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reynaldo Reyes in the 59th minute of play forced Houston Fire F.C.'s goalkeeper Geoffrey Calderwood to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Derek Metzger came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Houston Fire F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Derek Metzger couldn't finish the play. When Apolo Laurentzi fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ľƼ-6-ľȜ ♆ ƬЄ ƢƲЄƦЄƧ MƛƬƛƦ's protests and gave Apolo Laurentzi a yellow card for diving instead. Apolo Laurentzi kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. 72 minutes into the game, Heriberto McPherson recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Bonifacio Arotza. Heriberto McPherson showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Geoffrey Calderwood made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Apolo Laurentzi in the 75th minute of play. Geoffrey Calderwood showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reynaldo Reyes in the 76th minute of the match. Houston Fire F.C.'s Geoffrey Calderwood played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reynaldo Reyes in the 85th minute of play. 86 minutes into the match, Leon Stephen notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Houston Fire F.C.'s Geoffrey Calderwood. Geoffrey Calderwood was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Leon Stephen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Geoffrey Calderwood tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Travis Milligan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 99th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Heriberto McPherson in the 99thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Bonifacio Arotza, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save.
