Mario guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. D.J. Maverick Futebol Clube's Wesley Meira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lukasz Zecman in the 36th minute of play. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sandrinho Quintal to make the kick off.
