The audience was convinced that Dacian Patrichi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bernardino Pacho was relentless in the 2nd minute of the game. When the match clock showed 4 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Dacian Patrichi sped through Graneros's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Bernardino Pacho. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Camilo Ioritz during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 7th minute, Camilo Ioritz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bernardino Pacho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dacian Patrichi in the 13th minute of the match. Bernardino Pacho stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dacian Patrichi's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. 16 minutes into the match, Dacian Patrichi notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Graneros's Bernardino Pacho. Bernardino Pacho was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the Graneros defense, Dacian Patrichi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bernardino Pacho. The Graneros fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bernardino Pacho should have stopped the shot. Dacian Patrichi scored 0-5 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bernardino Pacho, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Nistor Pătran hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Dorin Arșanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ismael Aurre, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bernardino Pacho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dacian Patrichi, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Iordache Moisescu kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Dorin Arșanu was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Iker Goi. If Jerry Gane had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 36 minutes into the match, Graneros's goal looked a bit too open when Dacian Patrichi came free, but Bernardino Pacho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bernardino Pacho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jerry Gane, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 43rd minute Rovine Craiova were awarded a corner. Nistor Pătran went to the cornerflag to take it. Eriberto Mikeldi's late challenge caught a Rovine Craiova's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eriberto Mikeldi helped the player get up and apologised. Nistor Pătran took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 45th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Bernardino Pacho. Graneros's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Bernardino Pacho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dacian Patrichi in the 46th minute of the match. Nistor Pătran recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-6.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dacian Patrichi to make the kick off. The supporters of Rovine Craiova booed when Graneros was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Saturnino Cristos didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Rovine Craiova's Iordache Moisescu got a free kick in the 56th minute. If Dacian Patrichi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Graneros's Bernardino Pacho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jerry Gane in the 62nd minute of play. After 63 minutes, Dacian Patrichi made it 0-8 with a short kick to the right side. Graneros's Bernardino Pacho tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 66 minutes, Jerry Gane managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rovine Craiova's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jerry Gane was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bernardino Pacho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sandu Munteanu in the 68th minute of play. Nistor Pătran took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 71st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Bernardino Pacho. Graneros's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 0-9 became the score in the 73rd minute when Cristian Tutunaru elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Bernardino Pacho made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Dacian Patrichi sent off a good shot on target. In the 78th play minute Dacian Patrichi came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Bernardino Pacho. 0-10. Bernardino Pacho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nistor Pătran in the 83rd minute of the match. 84 minutes into the match, Jerry Gane had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bernardino Pacho. Graneros's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jerry Gane was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-11. In the 88th minute, Jerry Gane ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bernardino Pacho was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-12. After a rather tough play, Graneros's Ismael Aurre got a free kick in the 91st minute. After 92 played minutes, Rovine Craiova's Nistor Pătran shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Bernardino Pacho came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Rovine Craiova reached it. In the 93rd minute, Jerry Gane ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bernardino Pacho was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-13. In the 96th match minute, Graneros was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Saturnino Cristos to maneuver through the defense. Nistor Pătran struck a weak shot in the 97th minute. Bernardino Pacho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rovine Craiova. Rovine Craiova played a much better game than Graneros and deserved their victory. The Graneros players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
