October 04's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cura del Futbol the free kick. In the 36th minute Jimeno Millano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Davi Couto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Davi Couto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jimeno Millano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tião Amaral kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. 44 minutes into the match, Cura del Futbol's goal looked a bit too open when Luís Eduardo França came free, but Gilberto Hernandez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Luís Eduardo França to strike the kick off in the second half. Carlos Bartolome took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Davi Couto. Davi Couto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. The supporters of Cura del Futbol booed when October 04 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tião Amaral didn't get a good kick on the ball. October 04's Toni Ramos was substituted for Jorginho Antunes. A collision led to Cura del Futbol getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Marcial Stephen hit a great ball. Cura del Futbol's Gilberto Hernandez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Cura del Futbol from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Tomé Macedo managed to get in a good position for a shot. October 04's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomé Macedo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gilberto Hernandez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. For all the effort they put into the match, the October 04 players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Cura del Futbol.
