Without hesitation aimed to the right of Nader Al Herz, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 6 minutes into the match, Kovácshida FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fawzy Al Sharah came free, but Zsolt Kállay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 7 minutes Kovácshida FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jamal Sarkhoh who took care of the corner kick. Saleh Al Adsani was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. The supporters of Al Jazira Club - UAE booed when Kovácshida FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dávid Varga didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zsolt Kállay was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patrik Tóth in the 25th minute of play forced Al Jazira Club - UAE's goalkeeper Nader Al Herz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when András Pócsi got free with Nader Al Herz in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 28 minutes of play, Al Jazira Club - UAE's Fawzy Al Sharah made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zsolt Kállay was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 30 played minutes Al Jazira Club - UAE got a freekick which was hit by Sharf Abol. Zsolt Kállay came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Al Jazira Club - UAE's Jamal Sarkhoh. But to his dismay, Jamal Sarkhoh quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. In the 38th minute Fawzy Al Sharah shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zsolt Kállay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zsolt Kállay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mamon Al Hadhod, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. After the first half Al Jazira Club - UAE were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
52 minutes into the match, Kovácshida FC's goalkeeper Zsolt Kállay had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jamal Sarkhoh. In the 53rd minute, Jamal Sarkhoh made a precise shot to the right of Zsolt Kállay. Kovácshida FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jamal Sarkhoh got free with Zsolt Kállay in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 59thth minute of the game Fawzy Al Sharah who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kovácshida FC's Zsolt Kállay was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Khalel Al Hindi charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Khalel Al Hindi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Al Jazira Club - UAE's Saleh Al Adsani got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Nader Al Herz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from András Pócsi, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Zsolt Kállay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mamon Al Hadhod, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kovácshida FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 66th minute, when Jamal Sarkhoh scored to the left of an out of position Zsolt Kállay, making the score, 0-5. In the 71st minute Patrik Tóth shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nader Al Herz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 72 minutes into the match, Kovácshida FC's goalkeeper Zsolt Kállay had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jamal Sarkhoh. Sharf Abol ran back to his position shaking his head. When Eyad Shamsah fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Al Jazira Club - UAE's protests and gave Eyad Shamsah a yellow card for diving instead. Fawzy Al Sharah was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 90th minute. Al Jazira Club - UAE's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 91st match minute, Kovácshida FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Béla Héj to maneuver through the defense. When Fawzy Al Sharah came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Al Jazira Club - UAE fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fawzy Al Sharah couldn't finish the play.
